What is a Community Impact Grant?

United Way of DeKalb County invests local dollars within our county to address specific community centered issues. Our Community Impact Grants are awarded to high impact nonprofit organizations that provide programs and services aligned with our three strategic areas of Education, Financial Stability and Health.

What is a Ealry Learning Training Staff Grant?

United Way of DeKalb County is accepting grant applications to fund staff training for early childhood professionals. These grants will be given to organizations with DeKalb County that serve children ages 0-5 and are intended to develop the highest quality early childhood staff possible so that families in our county are supported and children are able to excel.Each grant will be for a maximum of $500. (no grant report needed)

A Counterterrorism form MUST be filled out with EACH grant listed below.
If you are not a 501(c)(3) agency and would like to apply for a grant please fill out the “Verification of Charitable Use letter” - This document will be uploaded into the required field in place of the IRS determination letter.
