2012 United Way of DeKalb County Day of Caring

The 2012 United Way of DeKalb County Day of Caring is now history. Pictured above are many of the volunteers
who were involved in projects.
Day of Caring is a county-wide effort involving over 700 volunteer individuals, service clubs, church groups, and
businesses who complete over 50 projects in our community in one day. The event begins with a Kick-Off Breakfast
at 7am and then groups disperse throughout DeKalb County to help residents and non-profit agencies with yard
work, home improvement projects, ramp building, and minor repairs.
